at Greater love, every piece is created with intention, care, and meaning. because of the nature of our limited releases, please read the policy below carefully before purchasing.
returns & exchanges
we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

the item is unworn

the item is unwashed

the item is in its original condition

original tags and packaging are intact
items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or odour will not be accepted.
limited drops
many Greater love items are released in limited quantities.
once a drop sells out, exchanges may not be available.
where exchanges are not possible, eligible returns will be processed as a refund only.
non-returnable items
for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty:

items marked as final sale
faulty or incorrect items
if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
return shipping

customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
refunds

approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

please allow 5–10 working days after we receive the returned item for processing
